DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your airsoft gun order, or part of your airsoft gun order arrives defective and there is no visual damage to the box you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving it. The airsoft gun will need to be returned to us( sorry we do not pay for the shipping). We will replace the airsoft gun at no extra cost if it is determined the airsoft gun was not used. Airsoft guns that come with dead batteries are NOT considered defective. If the buyer would like a refund on a defective airsoft gun, the airsoft gun must be returned at his or her expense and there is a 10% administrative fee. ALL DEFECTIVE AIRSOFT GUNS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. When returning, we recommend the buyer insures and gets tracking/delivery confirmation on the returned item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected airsoft gun items returned to us. You must get a return authorization number from us before returning any airsoft gun item.
WORKING MERCHANDISE:
We offer an unconditional money back guarantee or exchange on all airsoft gun merchandise(except as noted in the first paragraph) for 5 days, however, there is a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise ( airsoft gun or airsoft gun accessory ) must be returned in the same condition, in the SAME PACKAGING, and contain all the parts/directions (if applicable) that the airsoft gun item(s) were shipped with. The buyer MUST contact us and return the airsoft gun item(s) within 10 days of receiving the goods( airsoft guns ) to qualify. Return shipping is nonrefundable for airsoft guns and airsoft guns and accessories. Remember you must get a return authorization number from us before returning any airsoft gun.
